Graduation Week Schedule

Parking and Transportation Recommendations

If you are joining us for Graduation, we want to ensure that every aspect of your visit is seamless, including parking and transportation arrangements.

Tuesday, May 7

All School Assembly, PK-Grade 12 at Pebble Beach Campus; 8:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m.

Monday, May 13

Community Honors and Awards Day
This day celebrates the outstanding achievements and contributions of students and teachers. Dress for the assemblies is formal. Students are instructed that collared shirts with pants are appropriate, as are dresses, skirts or the equivalent; denim, sweatshirts, shorts, and athletic clothing are not. Students may change for the pool party.

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

  • Office Hours (Grades 9–11): Teachers will be available to support any final assessment preparation and catch-up work.

12:00-1:00 p.m. Class barbecues
Parents/guardians are welcome to attend and invited to serve as volunteers.

  • Grade 12 – Morgan Pool
  • Grade 11 – Reid Hall Patio
  • Grade 10 – Wilson Field near Barrows Hall
  • Grade 9 – Wilson Field near Treasure Island

1:00 p.m. Advisee meetings

  • Mandatory: Advisee meetings (Grades 9-12)

1:15 p.m. Student Council Awards

  • Keck AuditoriumOwing to fire code regulations, only students and faculty may attend this event.

1:45 p.m. Community Honors Assembly

  • Wandke Amphitheater – Parents/guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend. Parents/guardians and other guests should sit behind the students and faculty.

3:00 p.m. Senior Pool Party

  • (Grade 12) – Morgan Pool

8:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Senior Class bonding

4:00 p.m. Senior class trip departure

  • Students will camp Thursday night in Placerville, CA and should pack appropriately for the elements (tent camping, rafting) and weather.

3:00 p.m. Mandatory: Graduation rehearsal

  • Meet in Wandke Amphitheater Dress for Senior Dinner

4:00 p.m. Mandatory: Senior class panoramic photo

  • Wilson Field

5:30 p.m. Mandatory: Senior Dinner

  • Reid Hall The evening is for seniors and teachers only. Dress for the evening is formal.

7:00 p.m. Mandatory: Baccalaureate

  • Wandke Amphitheater Baccalaureate is the seniors’ last gathering as a class prior to graduation. Selected students and teachers speak and perform. Immediate family members are welcome to attend; please note, seating is limited.
  • Watch the livestream of the event.
  • All Baccalaureate attendees are asked to park at the upper athletic fields. Round trip shuttle service to Douglas Hall will be provided from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Sunday, May 19

Schedule for the Day

1:30 p.m. Graduation seating opens

  • Wandke Amphitheater Seating for graduation is on a first-come, first-served basis. .Seats may not be saved prior to 1:30 p.m. Six seats are allocated per family. Ample additional seating is provided adjacent to the amphitheater. Please contact Michelle Boatman if you have questions regarding seating.

2:00 p.m. Seniors assemble

  • Learning Commons All members of the senior class will meet in the Learning Commons at 2:00. Student dress for the day is formal: white-collar shirts with pants, dresses, skirts with blouses, or the equivalent and appropriate shoes. Graduation caps and gowns are issued at this time.

3:00 p.m. Graduation Ceremony

  • Wandke Amphitheater Professional photos will be taken of each graduate receiving their diploma and shared with families. A link to the live stream video will also be shared in advance.

5:00-6:00 p.m. Graduation reception

  • The Morgan Pool and Plaza All guests are invited to attend the celebratory reception for the graduating class immediately following the ceremony. Guests will be treated to a selection of light snacks, beverages, and music, as they socialize and congratulate our newest alumni.

7:00 p.m. Residence halls close for seniors

  • All senior resident students must be moved out of their rooms by 7:00 p.m.
